2013 Large Employer of the Year Award
The DAV Mountain City Chapter #3 nominated DBi for the award. After review by the State committee, DBi was selected to receive the award over several other large companies due to its commitment to hiring disabled veterans and veterans of foreign wars. “It is an honor to be able to utilize the experience and expertise of our veterans as we strive to reach our goals and move our company forward,” said Neal A. DeAngelo, DBi Services CEO.

Carl Faust, Corporate Human Resources Compliance Officer, was presented the award by DAV representatives, Vincent Darcangelo and Carmen Desanti at the awards ceremony during the 83rd Annual State Convention. “We strive to hire all minorities, including veterans and disabled veterans, and we are very proud to receive this year’s award,” said Faust. Members of the District 2 DAV recently visited DBi Services to congratulate them on the award. “It has been our distinct pleasure to honor the DBi team for their dedication toward hiring veterans, regardless of disability, and we wish them much continued success,” said Roman Baran, District 2 DAV Treasurer.
