DBi goes orange for Work Zone Safety Wednesday April 13 in support of NWZAW
Please join DBi in support of National Work Zone Awareness Week (NWZAW) and help to spread the word towards the goal of zero work zone fatalities. Remember, behind every worker is a family, so always drive safely and “Don’t be THAT driver!”
DBi placed the above on a public service announcement billboard in support of NWZAW on I-95 in Fredericksburg, Virginia to educate and alert the traveling public, and will also be participating in “Go Orange Day.” This is a day for which all roadway safety professionals across the country are encouraged to wear orange to proudly show their support of work zone safety.
NWZAW is an annual spring campaign led by ATSSA (American Traffic Safety Services Association) and held at the start of construction season to encourage safe driving and to use extra caution when traveling through highway work zones. This year’s theme is “Don’t Be THAT Driver: Work on Safety. Get Home Safely. Every Day.”
