DBi Services provides methods and systems to efficiently and safely conduct the activities associated with the management and operation of toll and moveable bridge facilities. A specific operations manual is developed for each toll and moveable bridge facility, covering all aspects of normal operation, along with a Preventive Maintenance Program and an Incident and Emergency Response Program.

A Quality Control Plan is also used to address the following items:

• Training of toll collectors
• Staffing and training of bridge tenders
• Work orders for routine maintenance
• Standardized record keeping
• Monthly maintenance and inspection reports
• Adherence to safety, regulatory and coast guard standards
