A Maintenance Rating Program (MRP) is a vital component on all projects in the execution of maintenance, assurance of maintenance quality and customer service. In order to achieve required maintenance ratings consistently in Performance-Based Maintenance Contracts, it is necessary to fully understand the MRP process, and DBi Services does.

The purpose of the MRP is to allow for random samplings at periodic intervals to provide a snapshot of asset conditions at a given period of time, resulting in a measurement of the quality of asset maintenance on projects. DBi Services uses this measurement in its Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans to validate work plans as well as to continuously improve.

A critical analysis in the months preceding the MRP and its results tell how well our work accomplishments met the requirements of the contract. This information is then used to redirect work efforts if necessary, and maintain performance for the next period. DBi Services is continually in this cycle of planning, measuring, analyzing and adjusting work plans designed to consistently meet required goals.
