Interacting with the public is an important facet of all projects, and DBi Services utilizes an effective methodology for receiving, recording and resolving incoming problem identifications in a responsive and professional manner. Our goal is to resolve issues in the most efficient manner possible.
DBi Services conducts semi-annual customer satisfaction surveys to obtain feedback from our customers regarding the services provided, as well as the customer's overall experience with our company. We believe it is through this valued constructive feedback that we can continually improve our
customer satisfaction and identify
and work on areas that may be
in need of attention.
DBi Services also performs customer
surveys of municipalities and other
governmental officials within the project
area to identify needs and expectations.
This survey is repeated periodically to
ensure priorities have not changed and
also that we are performing to all
expectations.
Additionally, customer service reports
are produced monthly for our client's
review and are also available via direct
log-in access to DBi Services'
web-based management system.
