At the same time, we realize incidents happen; which is why we have effective and efficient plans in place to respond to crashes, hazardous materials spills, natural disasters and other incidents and emergencies.
DBi Services' emergency contact staff is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Personnel are trained in incident response, able to make decisions and gather pertinent information to direct the appropriate response. DBi Services guarantees timely response to all areas under its responsibility through proactive measures to minimize delays.
DBi Services understands the need to relay timely accurate information before, during and after major incidents, emergencies and weather events such as winter weather, tropical storms and hurricanes. Staff is trained in the Incident Command System (ICS) and is capable of setting up and operating a command center.
