DBi Services was founded in 1978 by brothers Neal and Paul DeAngelo in the small coal mining town of Hazleton. Funded by $1,000 seed money from their parents which allowed the brothers to buy some used lawn mowers and an old pick-up truck, the DeAngelo Brothers started DBi Services by cutting grass in their home town. For the first 10 years, Neal and Paul reinvested every dime of profit back into their growing business.
Beginning in 1988, DBi Services embarked on a systematic growth strategy and acquired a number of companies to expand its service offerings. DBi Services gained national recognition when it was ranked as one of the 500 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in the United States by “Inc.” magazine.
Today, DBi Services provides infrastructure management, maintenance and operations services to clients around the world. In the last five years, DBi Services has completed more than $500 million of performance-based projects. DBi Services has earned the reputation of being one of the safest and most technologically advanced infrastructure maintenance companies in the world.
